I`ve ordered a Power Tronic from TV warehouse Not yet arrived Unable to contact them by phone or O/L .HELP!

AFTER SEEING THE ADVERTS ON TV AND ON LINE I ORDERED A POWER TRONIC ON APRIL 28. since then WEB SITE HAS GONE DOWN AND THE PHONE IS NOT BEING ANSWERED . MY FRIEND HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT ONE FROM TV WAREHOUSE AND RECEIVED IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS ME AND THEN RECEIVED THEIR GOODS O K AFTER ALL . OR ANYONE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME NOW?

My name Gill, i also ordered a power tonic & mat at the end of march, the money taken from my bank account, 6 april, &as 2 date, i still have not recieved my power tonic, like u i have constanly tried 2 ring tv warehouse, get there website up but 2 no avail, i did manage 2 send an email, but again have not yet recieved a reply, if you still have not recieved urs maybe we could find out between us if there are any others in our position, & then get in touch with trading standards or even watchdog on tv, if you would like to send me feedback you can email me on......ta_mally_maak@yahoo.com
