Is it slower to have a USB wireless adapter than a PCI-E wireless card?
Because it is USB powered, wouldn't it be alot slower than having a PCI-E card?

USB 2.0 has a transfer rate of 480Mbps. Gigiabit Ethernet is 1000Mbps, Ethernet is usually 10 or 100 Mbps. Wireless G is 54Mbps, and wireless N is 108Mbps.
So really USB is faster than whats out there right now. The bottleneck will be your router.
