Limited Or No Connectivity Issue?

We just finished building our new house and I ran Cat5e cable through the walls to each room from a Distribution point (Closet).In each room I used a Leviton CAT 5e jack "QuickPort " http://www.shop.com/+-a-leviton+cat+5e+jack-p57462891-k36-st.shtml (Scroll down a bit to see the item) and at the other end of the cable I used RJ45 jacks. My plan was to connect my Modem there and then use a router to distribute my internet connection to all the rooms. At this point I have the modem and router connected and they both seem to work fine, but when I connect a computer from one of the jacks at a room I get a "Limited or No Connectivity" message. This happens in each room, not just one. What really confuses me is that when i connect my laptop using a patch cable from router it works fine. What could the problem be?

Almost 99% is the termination of the cables, try to locate the cable that has the wrong termination or cables.
