I really like the Zyxel Zywall 35 for dual WAN. (Link below, at same site).
We use Zyxel throughout our locations and the setup and maintenance has been simple to keep up with.
I haven't used the comparable Netgear product. They make some good things and they make some so-so things. They usually offer a lot of features per $, so they seem like a cost-effective solution.
In any case, I'd try to get in front of one to check out the interface (see if it's intuitive and easy to use) or buy from a place that will accept returns if you're not pleased.
