What does it mean when you Local Area Connection is disconnected?
In my Task manager, it says my Local Area Connection is disconnected, but it also says my Wireless area connection is connected. I've recently experienced a big drop in download speed and I'm trying to figure out what happened.
like the person before me said, it means you have no ethernet cable connected. As far as download speed goes, the servers likely experienced a higher load than normal. download speed depends not only on YOUR speed, but also that of the server. servers usually have at LEAST 100 people using them at any one time, so they have to share their bandwidth accordingly.
