• Be fully functional (Normal cosmetic wear and tear is acceptable)
• Have a working screen (everyone likes to see what they're doing)
• Include its battery (you can keep memory card, charger, etc)
• Be healthy - not crushed or water-damaged
Non-Working
Each mobile phone should:

• Be intact - not crushed or snapped in half
Non-Working examples: Broken / bleeding LCD (screen), No power up, Speaker / Mic faults, Broken aerial, etc.
above are the rules of the phone place i trade in my old phones with. i have a phone that has a broken screen, but it is only the outta cover that is broken, but you can't change the convers, wud this count as the screen being broken?
also i have one with a broken cover, but the covers are inerchangable, would this count as the screen being broken?

if you are sending it somewhere envirofone.com then they will give you the money even if it is scratched/broken screen as they use the internals of the phone.. send it to them and they will email you the price or give you an offer.. would easily recommend envirofone
