Car stalls and rpm's, speedometer and oil pressure gauge spike, what is wrong with it?

I have a 1994 pontiac boonevile with 175,000 miles on it. At first the problem was minor it did twice a month or so (stuttering problem at first) but now it stalls on me about everywhere i go... it's also hard to start in the morning now. I use to never have problems starting my car. I have replaced the catalic converter, spark plug, wires, air filter, fuel filter, crank shaft position sensor, cam shaft sensor, Electrical engine control computer and now i don't know what else to replace. I also took it several times to get the engine light read and it says that it has a Quad Module 1 error, but noone can figer out what's wront with it? Can someone please help me?

Hello! The first thing I'd check is the battery cable ends at the battery. Disconnect them and look for built up corrosion on the cable ends where they contact the battery, if you find some scape it down to bare metal. The battery bolts in the cable ends can be pulled out so both sides of the cable ends can be cleaned, then use a pair of channel lock pliers to reinstall the bolts. As for the Quad Driver error, a Quad Driver is an integral part of the engine control module (ECM). Each Quad Driver controls four different devices on the engine. Your problem could be with any one of the four devices or wiring to them etc. Or it could be with the ECM itself. I would suspect that the stall/gauge spike thing would be battery related and the Quad Driver error would be more likely to cause a check engine light to be on. Sorry but off the top of my head I don't know what four things Quad Driver Module #1 controls. Sometimes you can look at a factory service manual at the Dealer though.
