why don't my biometrics register?
My job got a hand reader time clock. I got entered in the machine with no problem.
But I can not clock in or out normally, just occassionally and only on the second or third try. I am the only one with this problem.
I have had loads of "help" to make sure I am placing my hand properly, etc. but it almost always comes back as "invalid" then I get blocked out of the machine for too many tries.
I have been re-entered in the machine and it alowed me to clock in but when it was time to leave 4 hours later it refused to recognize me.
this sounds like a question for the company that makes the thing.good luck
