New Trek antenna gets nothing?
I have an aerial, and it's great. But I'm moving and need a new antenna. I got an Trek CFDTVO, OMNI directional amplified antenna.
I didn't mount it outside, I just plugged it in, so I don't expect peak performance, but I didn't get anything. I re scanned and it found not one channel. And I get no channels. The aerial picks up 17 (plus sub channels).
It also didn't come with any directions, but you just plug it in as far as I can tell.
Is my antenna any good? Should I just return it? Could I be over looking something?

You didn't read his answer. An indoor antenna cuts the signal way down. If the outside areal works and the turk doesn't it's more than likely a blocked signal.
