Help me cool my processor?
i've got a phenom x4 9650 processor. i' m in India as summer, my pro is getting hotter n hotter
it is reaching nearly 65~72C in the day time. in the noon time, it just hangs of and does not even start till i cool it with a wet a cloth. mine is zebronics pulsar cabinet. no other cooling equipment except pro's fan n two chassis fans. i want to buy a cooler master fan for my pro. does this really works? i must get to the temps of 25~30C. so which one suits my pro and cabinet. it is small and in black color. does it cool only processor or it cools even hdd, mobo and graphic card?
PLZ help me. my budget is 1800~2000 RS/- if it goes up a lil bit no problem.

If the case has two fitted side panel fans, and an unused rear fan position, then fitting an additional fan, orientated to provide extraction, may improve case cooling.
The processor fan only cools the processor, generally with some bleed airflow to cool the motherboard power regulators.
A graphics card has its own heatsink, and depending on power, this may be fanless, fan assisted, one or two slot width. The most powerful cards often use an "outside exhaust", where the air from its heatsink is ducted to a vent in the slot plate.
Everything else just relies on the case cooling.
One other thing, some heatsinks require their own backplate fitted behind the motherboard, so fitting them means removing the motherboard from the case.
If the existing heatsink is performing that badly, it may be improperly fitted, or the heatsink paste was not properly applied - too much can leave the heatsink floating on a layer of paste.
