What is the smallest font I can get away with for biz card?
Is the font size "5" readable on a printed business card? I'm designing the card for someone and they have the LONGEST email address and I want to get away with the smallest font possible. Aren't there rules for this?

what id recomend is one of two things,
(1) put the email adress across the bottom middle so that it can be a decent font size.
(2) just try printing a sheet of paper with some diferent size and style fonts on it and see which ones you like best, they always look different on the screen then on paper
