Is this an ethernet crossover cable (see pic)?
I couldn't get my camera to focus, so the pics are blurry but i hope you can figure out if this really is an ethernet crossover cable

The third picture does look like a cross-over, if you were holding both connectors with the lock clip facing the same way. With the clip away from you one end should have an orange cable in pin 2 (second from left) and the other should have a green cable at number 2. A straight cable connected correctly would have the orange on both at 2. Also most (not all) bought cross-over cables have cross-over or xover marked on the sleeving at intervals now.
