They are basically the same...
The only difference is the mainboard and Burners...
The LG burner is 22x (top computer) and the SOny Burner is 24x (bottom computer)
The mainboard on the top computer can handle FSB's up to 2000Mhz while the bottom one has up to 1600... If you're planing to overclock the computer then the top will be the better choice or for the future if you planing of upgrading.
But strait from the box, they will preform the same. (Except that the sony burner is 24x and the LG 22x)
Games and stuff like that... no difference.
